week one down / ice cream dreams and skinny jeans

Dear friend,
   well one week down and 5 pounds gone. I know It's not a lot but It is a start..  I have upped the walking to 6 days a week and added 3 morning sun salutations.  I've not cut back on the food that I eat but I have drank more water than usual.... so till next Sunday...... ice cream dreams and skinny jeans
